This delicious delicacy consists of bread bun and deep fried potato dumplings (bataka vada) accompanied with green chillies and special, spicy dry garlic chutney. History says that this rustic and mouthwatering snack was invented by Ashok Vaidya of Dadar (Mumbai- Maharashtra) in 1966.
