Virgin Mojito Recipe

Mojito is a traditional Cuban highball, which often consist of five ingredients - white rum, sugar, lime juice, mint leaves and soda. This combination of sweetness, citrus and herbaceous mint flavour makes this drink refreshing. It is a popular summer drink. Typically this drink is served in tall glass called highball or collins and garnished with sprig of mints and lime slices. Mojito without alcohol is called 'Virgin Mojito'.

Ingredients for Virgin Mojito Recipe

  • 250 g ml soda
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 pieces Lemons
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar syrup
  • 1/2 tsp powdered mint candy (optional)
  • 5 pieces crushed icecubes
  • sprig s of mint

Directions: Virgin Mojito Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Wash mint leaves. Cut lemon in vadges or slices. Spare few slices for serving.
  • STEP 2.2. Now muddle mint leaves and lemon lightly. You can use lemon juice also. Then muddle only mint leaves.
  • STEP 3.2. Then add salt and powdered mint.
  • STEP 4.3. Now take two glasses. Divide and add muddles leaves and lemons.
  • STEP 5.4. Add sugar syrup and lots of crushed ice.
  • STEP 6.5. Lastly add soda, stir and enjoy.
