Mawa Badam Kulfi Recipe

Recipe By Deepa Rupani

Kulfi is a frozen dairy dessert which originated in the Indian subcontinent in the 16th century. We can say it as "Traditional Indian Ice cream". Though Kulfi is similar to ice cream in appearance and taste but Kulfi is a cremeier and dense. Kulfi is not prepared by whipped method that's why it is solid and hard in comparison to ice cream. Here is creamier and grainy kulfi with mawa aka Khoya / dehydrated milk solids and almonds, which gives delicious flavour and grainy texture to Kulfi.
