Mango doi is sweetned mango flavoured thick curd. Cool cool mango doi is perfect dessert for summer and you can have it with meals too.

Ingredients for Mango Doi Recipe

  • 2 g Ripe mangoes
  • 200 gms Condensed milk
  • 200 gms thick curd

Directions: Mango Doi Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Peel & chop mangoes & make smooth puree in blender. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.2. Now blend curd & condensed milk together. Add mango puree to it. Blend it again.
  • STEP 3.3. Now in pre - heat oven, at 100° c bake it till it sets. Keep an eye. It will take 10-15 mins approximately.
  • STEP 4.4. After it sets, chill overnight in refrigerator. Garnish with mango slices or dry fruits.
  • STEP 5.5. Serve chilled.
