Ingredients for Cucumber Cooler Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Cucumber
  • 1/2 Pieces Lemon
  • 3.50 Pieces Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Sugar syrup
  • 0.13 tsp pepper powder
  • 1.50 cups water
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Cucumber Cooler Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Wash, peel & cut cucumber. Blend cucumber along with rest of ingredients & make smooth puree. If needed add little water.
  • STEP 2.2. Strain this puree. Now add water & blend it properly. Now put crushed ice in glass, add cooler .
  • STEP 3.3. Serve chilled. Garnish with mint leaves & lemon.
  • STEP 4.PS. I used mint ice cubes insted of crushed ice.
