Along with meals, we Gujaratis are fond of various pickles, sambharas, chutneys etc. Coriander chutney, mint-coriander chutney is most common. Raw mango chutney is seasonal & because of its tangy taste favourite amongst all. Hope you all like this easy & tasty chutney.

Ingredients for Raw mango chutney Recipe

  • 1/2 g 2-3 raw mang
  • 3/4 tbsp 3-4 tbsp
  • 1/4 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • to taste Salt to taste

Directions: Raw Mango Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.Clean ,peel & chop raw mango in dices.
  • STEP 2.2. Now in chutney jar, blend raw mango with salt & cumin seeds.
  • STEP 3.3. Once it crushed properly, add red chilli powder & jaggery & again blend it.
  • STEP 4.4.Taste & adjust jaggery as per sourness of mangoes.
  • STEP 5.5. Store it in clean jar & keep in refrigerator. Have it with meals & snacks..
