Summer brings heat & this scorching heat irritates us. People every now and then feel to have something cool , something chill though new too. Kahva is known name for all of us. Basically it is consumed in Northern India, Pakistan, Afghanistan. It is tea without milk & adding some spices. Made this Kahva, cooled it & made a popsicle from it.

Ingredients for Kahva Popsicles Recipe

  • 0.67 cups water
  • 1/25 tsp Saffron
  • 0.67 Tbsp Sugar
  • 0.33 Pieces small stick cinnamon
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.67 tbsp sugar( I used palm sugar)
  • 0.08 tbsp green tea ( though I normal tea in my popsicle)
  • 1.67 Pieces Rose petals
  • 0.17 Tbsp Almond flakes

Directions: Kahva Popsicles Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Take water in sauce pan & add all ingredients except tea & almonds.
  • STEP 2.2. Boil it for 4-5 minutes. Now add tea in it & turn off heat.
  • STEP 3.3. After one minute strain it & let it cool completely.
  • STEP 4.4. Then pour in popsicle mould, sprinkle few almond slices & let it freeze in freezer.
  • STEP 5.5. Serve it when set properly.
  • STEP 6.Note:
  • STEP 7.1. Can use regular sugar or honey instead of palm sugar.
  • STEP 8.2. Make ice cubes out of this Kahva & add it in your lemon juice.
