Delicious, crunchy popular Indian dry snack recipe.. Chiwda usually made from flattened rice/ poha. Here I made chiwda using parboiled red rice & spices .
STEP 3.Heat oil in fry pan. As little smoke comes out.. add fistful of parboiled rice and fry till crispy.
STEP 4.Remove on seive. Similarly repeat the process for remaining red rice.
STEP 5.Fry cashewnuts & peanuts in hot oil till crispy golden.
STEP 6.In big mixing bowl add fried parboiled red rice, cashewnuts, peanuts and spices. Mix well.
STEP 7.Store in Airtight container.
STEP 8.Relish / Serve this delicious, crunchy red rice chiwda snack with tea or coffee.
