Ingredients for Leafy salad Recipe

  • 1/4 cup red/ green amaranth leaves (chawli) chopped
  • 1/4 cup lettuce leaves chopped
  • 0.13 cup dill /shepu leaves chopped
  • 1/4 gm Orange segments
  • 1/4 Pieces Small cucumber
  • 0.06 cup Yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup Whisked fresh curd
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tbsp Honey
  • as required Salt & freshly crushed black pepper powder as required

Directions: Leafy Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash & pat dry all veggies. Chopped amaranth leaves, dill leaves. Tear lettuce leaves with hand to small pieces Peel and chopped cucumber, orange. Chopped yellow bell pepper.
  • STEP 2.In mixing bowl add whisk curd,red chilli flakes,honey salt & pepper. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.In another mixing bowl add chopped leafy greens, cucumber and yellow bell pepper. Mix well. Add orange pieces.
  • STEP 4.Pour curd dressing. Toss well. Chill in refrigerator.
  • STEP 5.Serve/ Relish Delicious Chilled Leafy Salad.
