Ingredients for Phudina Puris Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp Cummin seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 cup phudina ( mint leaves)
  • 0.13 cup Corainder leaves
  • 1/2 pieces 2-3 pieces
  • 1/4 g Piece ginger
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • as required Oil for frying
  • as required Sweet and sour mango pickle

Directions: Phudina Puris Recipe

  • STEP 1.In mixer jar add phudina leaves, corainder leaves chopped green chillies ginger,salt and lemon juice. Grind to smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Transfer prepared phudina paste in mixing bowl. Add rice flour, cummin seeds,salt,oil mix well. Add little little lukewarm water and bind into semi stiff dough. Knead dough for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Small 25-30 round flattened balls from prepared dough.
  • STEP 4.Roll out into 2" diameter round puris. Deep fry in hot oil .
  • STEP 5.Serve / Relish Delicious Hot Phudina Puris with sweet and sour mango pickle ( chundo).
