- 200 gms Sweet potato
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper powder
Directions: Sweet Potato Fries (airfryer) Recipe
- STEP 1.Peel and keep whole sweet potato dipped in salted water for 30 minutes.
- STEP 2.Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180 temperature.
- STEP 3.Pat dry soaked sweet potato and chopped into 1 cm thickness and 2-3" long strips .
- STEP 4.Drizzle oil and sprinkle freshly ground black pepper powder on chopped sweet potato. Mix well.
- STEP 5.Transfer sweet potato strips in preheat Airfryer.
- STEP 6.Airfry/ Bake fries for 10-15 minutes till crispy golden.. in between pull out tray and shake it.
- STEP 7.Relish/ Serve Sweet potato fries with tomato ketchup, tea or coffee as evening snack
