Ingredients for Poha Oats Cutlet Recipe

  • 0.17 cup poha ( flattened rice)
  • 0.17 cup Boiled potato
  • 0.08 cup Grated paneer
  • 0.08 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.33 tsp Sugar
  • 0.33 tbsp Green chilli ginger paste
  • 0.67 tsps Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.33 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 0.33 tbsp maida
  • 0.33 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1.33 tbsp water
  • as required Rolled oats
  • 0.08 cup Tomato ketchup
  • 0.08 cup Green coriander chutney

Directions: Poha Oats Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash poha,drain and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In mixing bowl add soaked poha, mashed boiled potato , grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli ginger paste, lemon juice, sugar, garam masala,salt.
  • STEP 3.Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Make 6 equal size oval shape cutlet.
  • STEP 5.To make slurry.. in mixing bowl add maida,corn flour and water.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil for frying.
  • STEP 7.Dip prepared each cutlet in slurry and coat them in rolled oats.
  • STEP 8.Drop each cutlet gently in hot oil.
  • STEP 9.Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.
  • STEP 10.Serve Relish Delicious Hot Poha Oats Cutlets with Tomato Ketchup and Green Coriander Chutney.
