Ingredients for Phudina Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Sabudana
  • 1/4 cup cup boiled potato
  • 0.06 cup roasted peanuts coarsely ground
  • 0.13 cup Phudina
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh coconut grated
  • 3/4 pieces Green chillies
  • 1/4 inch Inch ginger piece
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 tsp Cummin seeds
  • as required Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • as required Pomegranate kernel

Directions: Phudina Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak sabudana in water for 6 hours.
  • STEP 2.Grind phudina , grated coconut, chopped green chillies, ginger, lemon juice salt and sugar to smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.In cooking pan add heat oil. Add cummin seeds as they crackle add soaked sabudana,boiled potato pieces, peanut coarse powder, phudina paste, salt . Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes in between stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 5.Serve Relish Delicious Phudina Sabudana Khichdi garnishing with coriander leaves and pomegranate kernels.
