STEP 1.Grind the dry poha and make a powder.Mix well the poha powder and chickpea flour.
STEP 2.Heat water in a deep pan and add 1/2 tsp salt.When the water is boiled and then turn off the stove. Add the flour mixture.
STEP 3.And mix well and fast, so it doesn't form lumps. Let it rest for 5 minutes. When the dough has risen.
STEP 4.Take the dough out in deep bowl, and knead it again.
STEP 5.Add corn flour, seseam seeds and oil in the dough and mix it well.
STEP 6.Knead the dough again and make the dough smooth.
STEP 7.Make kurkure shape by hand, lets strips dry out for about 10 minutes in a refrigerator.
STEP 8.Then deep fry in oil.
STEP 9.When it has cooled down add the sprinkle the spices on the kurkure.
