Ingredients for Mayo wada pav Recipe

  • 3/4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Pieces Pav
  • 1/2 Cups Besan
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp arlic paste
  • 1/2 Pieces reen chillies
  • As Required Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 Pieces Lemon
  • As Required Sauce
  • As Required Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/4 Tbsp aram masala powder
  • A Pinch Hing

Directions: Mayo Wada Pav Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) add mustard seeds, curry leaves, 1 tsp turmeric powder, potato and salt. Stir well.
  • STEP 2.2
  • STEP 3.Make medium size balls from above mixture and keep them aside.
  • STEP 4.3
  • STEP 5.In a bowl, add besan, red chilli powder, remaining turmeric powder and water. Mix well until you get a smooth batter.
  • STEP 6.4
  • STEP 7.Heat remaining oil in a kadhai (medium flame). Dip the potato balls in the gram flour batter and deep fry until golden and crisp on the outside.
  • STEP 8.5
  • STEP 9.For Garlic Chutney- In a non-stick pan (medium flame) add all chutney ingredients and roast for 1-2 minutes. In a mixer jar add roasted spices and grind until you get a coarse powder.
  • STEP 10.6
  • STEP 11.For assembling- Spread 1 tbsp burger mayonnaise on each pav, sprinkle little garlic chutney, place a vada and press gently. Add a dollop of mayo. Serve
