Ingredients for Toast vegetable sandwich Recipe

  • 1/4 Packet Bread
  • As Required reen chutney
  • As Required Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Boiled potato
  • As Required Chaat masala
  • As Required Mayonnaise
  • As Required Sev
  • 1/4 Cups reen Peas

Directions: Toast Vegetable Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.For stuffing heat oil in a pan & add all spices as mentioned. Now add boiled potatoes & peas to it. Mix everything well. Garnish with green coriander.
  • STEP 2.Now take 2 bread slices & spread green chutney to it. Now put stuffing on one side & spread evenly. Now put onion & cucumber rings on it. Sprinkle salt & chaat masala on it. Cover it with other slice on which chutney was applied.Brush butter on it & toast it till golden brown. Now take it out & sprinkle nylon sev to it. Serve it with green chutney or ketchup.
