Spring onion raw mango chutney is a tangy indian dip made using fresh coriander,mint and raw green mangoes,spring onions.it's goes perfect with indian snacks and meals.
STEP 1.Separate mint and coriander leaves from the stem and wash them rigorously.peel a raw mango and discard it's peel.
STEP 2.In a grinder add raw mango chopped,mint and coriander leaves,spring onion,clove of garlic and green chillies.
STEP 3.Also add kala namak and chat masala.
STEP 4.Add few table spoons of water to blend into a fine paste.
STEP 5.Transfer to a container and keep refrigerated.stays good for up to a week.can made in advanced.
