Ingredients for Mango onion chutney Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Raw mango
  • 0.13 cup Mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 g Spring onion roughly chopped
  • 1/4 g Clove garlic
  • 1/4 g reen Chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • 0.13 tsp black rock salt or kala namak

Directions: Mango Onion Chutney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Separate mint and coriander leaves from the stem and wash them rigorously.peel a raw mango and discard it's peel.
  • STEP 2.In a grinder add raw mango chopped,mint and coriander leaves,spring onion,clove of garlic and green chillies.
  • STEP 3.Also add kala namak and chat masala.
  • STEP 4.Add few table spoons of water to blend into a fine paste.
  • STEP 5.Transfer to a container and keep refrigerated.stays good for up to a week.can made in advanced.
