Ingredients for Mango halwa Recipe

  • 1/4 Cups bowl ghee
  • 1/4 Cups Bowl maida
  • 1/2 Cups Bowl milk
  • 1/4 g bowl Alphonso mango plup
  • 1/4 g Bowl sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp TBS elachi powder
  • 1/4 inch Pinch kesar

Directions: Mango Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, take the juice of raisins, sugar and mango in a nonstick pan. Then add milk and ghee.
  • STEP 2.After milk aad the ghee.Now combine all this mixture. Stir it till everything becomes a juice.
  • STEP 3.Now put this mixture on gas and stir. After a while the mixture will start to shrink. So keep running. Slow down the gas.
  • STEP 4.On the other hand, slice all the dried fruits and keep them on the side. Add saffron and cardamom powder in it and mix everything and keep it on the side. To bake.
  • STEP 5.Turn off the gas after 5 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool. Once the mixture cools down, place it on butter paper to make a ball, then place a plastic bag on top and weave it.
  • STEP 6.Weave as thin as you can. Then spread a mixture of dried fruits and saffron on top and weave a little again so that all the dried fruits stick to it.
  • STEP 7.Now let this halva dry under the fan for 8 to 10 hours and before that cut it into pieces as per your wish and let it dry.
  • STEP 8.After 8 to 10 hours halva is ready so enjoy the halva.
