Ingredients for Masala Sewai Recipe

  • 2 cup Sewai
  • 4 Tsp Sp oil
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tsp aram masala powder
  • 1 Pieces Lemon
  • 1 As Required Coriander leaves
  • 2 Pieces Onion
  • As Required Peas
  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • 1 Pieces Carrot
  • As Required Curry leaves
  • 3 g reen chillies

Directions: Masala Sewai Recipe

  • STEP 1.First spread the steamed Sevai on a large plate and let it cool down completely.thick bottomed pan heat 2 teaspoon oil. Add ½ teaspoon mustard seeds, ½ teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon uard dal, 1 teaspoon chana dal, ¼ teaspoon asafortida. As the dals turn golden, add a few fresh curry leaves and 1-2 green chillies slit.Cook on low/medium flame until the tomatoes are mushy and then add ¼ cup fresh/frozen green peas.
  • STEP 2.Mix well until the sevai is coated in the onion tomato mixture.
