  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add mashed potatoes, green peas, and all the spices. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Take a samosa pastry sheet and cut it into two equal halves. Fold each half into a cone shape and fill it with the potato mixture. Seal the edges with water.
  • STEP 4.Crush the Kurkure into small pieces and coat the filled samosas with it. Deep fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Serve the Kurkure Samosas hot with mint chutney or ketchup.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to seal the edges of the samosas properly to prevent the filling from leaking out during frying.
  • You can add chopped green chilies for an extra spicy kick.
  • If you don't have samosa pastry sheets, you can use spring roll wrappers as a substitute.
