STEP 1.Wash and peel mango into wedges or thin slices.
STEP 2.Take a jar and put all the cut wedges into it.
STEP 3.Now add water and the spices to it.
STEP 4.Give it a stir and place the lid.
STEP 5.Place it in sun for about 6-7 days and it will get ready.
STEP 6.After a week your kanji is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
