STEP 1.In a bowl add curd, oil, salt as per taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, mango powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, garam masala and 1/2 tsp ginger paste and mix all the ingredients well and add paneer to this mixture. Marinate it for 15 minutes after coating it well.
STEP 2.Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan or grill and roast the paneer on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
STEP 3.In a bowl, chop all the salad ingredients and mix them well (lettuce, cabbage, kiwi, cucumber, tomato,) and add rucola, sweet corn and olive oil, salt as per taste, vinegar and black pepper powder and mix!
STEP 4.Now put small pieces of paneer inside the salad!
STEP 5.Put salad in a bowl and serve with bread.
STEP 6.Note: You can add any fruit and salad leaves on the other side as per your choice.
