  • 0.17 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/25 Tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera
  • 0.17 Pieces reen chilli ( chopped )
  • 0.33 Pieces Shallot or small onion chopped
  • 0.17 Pieces small sized Capsicum ( chopped )
  • 1/25 Tsp turmeric pwd
  • 0.17 Tsp Red Chili Powder (
  • 0.17 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 0.17 Tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomatoes ( wash and chopped in small pieces )
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 0.17 Tbsp Red chilli sauce
  • A Pinch aram masala a pinch
  • 0.17 Tbsp m butter
  • 0.17 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Pieces Onions
  • A Pinch Salt a large pinch
  • A Pinch Sugar a large pinch
  • 20.83 g m Processed Cheese
  • 0.17 Tbsp Butter
  • 8.33 Gm Milk

Directions: Spicy Paneer Tarts Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine flour, baking powder,  and salt. Rub in the butter using your fingertips. The mixture should resemble bread crumbs. Gradually add ice - cold water ( approx . 3 tbsp ) and knead well to make a stiff dough and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes . After 15 minutes, knead again and roll out the dough into a sheet (approximately ¼ inch thick). Cut rounds using a cookie cutter  or small bowl. Press the rounds in a tart mould or a cupcake mould. Prick at 2-3 places using a fork.
  • STEP 2.Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake at  for 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.For paneer filling - In a pan heat oil , add jeera and allow it to crackle further add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies and sauté for a minute on medium flame . Now add chopped onions and cook on medium high flame until they are translucent . Add capsicum and sauté for 1-2 minute . Lower the flame and add the powdered spices , mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Increase the flame and add tomatoes , salt to taste , ketchup , red chilli sauce and garam masala a pinch , cook until the tomatoes are mushy .
  • STEP 5.Add the paneer , mix gently & cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame , add some freshly chopped coriander leaves . Paneer filling is ready . Keep aside to be used as a filling .
  • STEP 6.For carameliz onion :-Take a pan  on high flame , add butter & oil , further add thickly sliced onions  a large pinch add salt & sugar , stir lightly , let them sit and cook until the onions get some color
  • STEP 7.Do stir them in intervals and allow the onions to cook and get their own color .
  • STEP 8.Keep the flame to medium high .  Caramelized onions are ready , keep aside to be used a topping in the bowl .
  • STEP 9.for chesse sauce:- set some water to boil in a vessel . Place a bowl on top to form a double boiler
  • STEP 10.Now add in the cheese , butter & some milk . Start whisking and let the cheese melt . Add the milk gradually & while whisking continuously .
  • STEP 11.Once the cheese has melted completely & the cheesy dip has its thick consistency. Cheesy dip is ready.
  • STEP 12.Assembly Ingredients :  tart 6 nos  Masala Paneer filling Caramelized onions .
  • STEP 13.Ingredients :  tart 6 nos   Masala Paneer filling  Caramelized onions. Cheese sauce Methods :  Take tart add the paneer filling , top it with some caramelized onions , and drop cheese sauce over the filling ,  the spicy paneer tart are ready . Serve.
  • STEP 14.Tip : If you have a microwave oven you can add the cheese butter and milk in a bowl , whisk and give 30 second heat waves and mix until you achieve the right consistency to make the dip .
