Ingredients for vada pav bruschetta Recipe

  • 0.67 Pieces boiled potatoes
  • 0.33 Pieces reen chilies finely chopped
  • 0.83 Pieces Garlic cloves chopped finely
  • 0.08 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 1.33 Pieces Curry leaves
  • 0.17 Tbsp coriander chutney or leaves
  • 0.17 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 0.33 Tbsp oil
  • As Required salt
  • As Required as per need Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 0.67 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Pieces fried green chilies
  • 0.67 Tbsp Mint coriander chutney or coriander chutney
  • As Required dry garlic chutney
  • 1 Pieces Bruschetta

Directions: Vada Pav Bruschetta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan.  Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.  When mustard seeds crackle - add green chili paste and garlic.  Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • STEP 2.Now add mashed boiled potatoes, salt, turmeric powder and coriander leaves or chutney.  Mix well.  And keep mixing and cooking on medium flame for about 5-10 minutes.
  • STEP 3.your mix is ​​ready
  • STEP 4.Now place the bread in a baking tray and apply butter.  Spread green chutney and tamarind chutney (optional) and then spread some prepared potato mixture on the bread.
  • STEP 5.Now put some cheese on top and bake at 180 degree celsius for 3-4 minutes till the bread becomes slightly crispy and cheese melts.
  • STEP 6.Now take out the bread from the oven and garnish with dry garlic chutney and fried green chillies.
  • STEP 7.Now Spicy Vada Pav Bruschetta is ready.
