Ingredients for Kaccha Golla Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup cottage cheese (home made paneer)
  • 1/4 Tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 Tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Soaked Saffron in milk

Directions: Kaccha Golla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 1 cup of paneer.Divide the paneer into 2 equal portions
  • STEP 2.Take half the amount of paneer in a plate. add sugar and knead for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Transfer the knead paneer to a pan and cook for 4 minutes on low heat.
  • STEP 4.Pour condensed milk and cook for 5-6 minutes until water evaporates. Mix the cooked paneer with the uncooked paneer using hand and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Knead well then make small ball shape. Make heart shaped with cookies cutter.
  • STEP 6.Now place a small ball in the heart shape cookies cutter and make a design.
  • STEP 7.We will make the design from saffron.
  • STEP 8.Similarly, prepare all kacha golla and serve delicious kaccha golla.
