Ingredients for Paneer salad Recipe

  • A Bunch bunch Ice Bur
  • A Bunch Brazilian Lettuce
  • 1/4 Pieces cucumber
  • 1/4 Pieces Cabbage
  • 3.75 Pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 17.50 g Boiled sweet corn pearls
  • 1/2 Pieces kiwis
  • 10 g Rocket salad
  • 1/4 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 Tablespoon vinegar
  • To Taste salt
  • 0.13 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 50 g Gm paneer
  • 0.13 Cup curd
  • 1/4 Tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 Tsp coriander powder
  • 0.13 Tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 Tsp cumin powder
  • 0.13 Tsp black salt
  • 0.13 Tsp lemon juice
  • 0.13 Tsp ginger paste
  • 0.13 Tsp garam masala
  • 0.13 Tsp amchur powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp olive oil for grilling cheese

Directions: Paneer Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add curd, oil, salt as per taste, red chili powder, coriander powder, mango powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, garam masala and 1/2 tsp ginger paste and mix all the ingredients well and add paneer to this mixture.  Marinate it for 15 minutes after coating it well.
  • STEP 2.Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan or grill and roast the paneer on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a bowl, chop all the salad ingredients and mix them well (lettuce, cabbage, kiwi, cucumber, tomato,) and add rucola, sweet corn and olive oil, salt as per taste, vinegar and black pepper powder and mix!
  • STEP 4.Now put small pieces of paneer inside the salad!
  • STEP 5.Put salad in a bowl and serve with bread.
  • STEP 6.Note: You can add any fruit and salad leaves on the other side as per your choice.
