STEP 1.In pan heat the oil and ghee in a pan add hing, garlic paste, ginger Chilli paste paste, finely Chopped onion. Saute well till oil is released.
STEP 2.Now add spinach puree and seasoning to it and cook it.
STEP 3.Finally add paneer to it.
STEP 4.Garnish with cream, Serve it with paratha, Naan or kulcha.
