Ingredients for Palak Paneer Paratha Recipe

  • 0.67 cups Wheat flour
  • 0.33 tsp Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.08 tsp Hing
  • 0.33 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 cup Blench spinach puree
  • 0.33 Cups Gratted paneer
  • 0.33 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 0.33 tsp Amchur powder
  • 0.33 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.67 tbsp Fresh coriander

Directions: Palak Paneer Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.For making dough: Take vessel add flour salt, hing, black pepper powder and oil. Bind the dough with spinach puree, If required add water.
  • STEP 2.For stuffing: Take a mixing bowl add all the remaining ingredients and make a stuffing
  • STEP 3.Now roll the small roti from a dough then stuff the stuffing and seal it properly. Make paratha from it.
  • STEP 4.Shallow fry the paratha in butter. Serve it hot with curd, pickle, chutney.
