  • As required For The Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 Onions, finely chopped
  • piece Thumb sized piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 3/4 Cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground coriander

  • 1/4 Whole green chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 125 gram Fresh spinach washed
  • As required To coat the paneer
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 12.50 gram Semolina
  • 50 gram Paneer, cut into oxo sized cubes
  • As required Vegetable oil, for shallow frying
  • As required Small handful of chopped fresh coriander leaves
