Ingredients for Palak Paneer Recipe

  • 0.33 tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.08 tsp Hing
  • 0.33 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 0.33 tbsp Ginger chilli paste
  • 0.33 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 0.67 cup Blench spinach puree
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 0.17 tsp Garm masala
  • 0.33 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 0.33 cup fried panner
  • As Required For Ganishing Cream for garnish

Directions: Palak Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.In pan heat the oil and ghee in a pan add hing, garlic paste, ginger Chilli paste paste, finely Chopped onion. Saute well till oil is released.
  • STEP 2.Now add spinach puree and seasoning to it and cook it.
  • STEP 3.Finally add paneer to it.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with cream, Serve it with paratha, Naan or kulcha.
