Ingredients for Paneer Lababdar Recipe

  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 tbsp Butter
  • 0.33 Pieces Whole spices
  • 0.33 g inger
  • 0.67 g chilli green
  • 1.33 g arlic cloves
  • 0.67 Pieces Onion
  • 1.33 Pieces Tomato
  • to taste Salt
  • as required water
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tsp Hing
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 0.17 tsp Garm masala
  • 0.17 tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 0.67 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 0.33 cup Shallow fry panner
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander for garnish

Directions: Paneer Lababdar Recipe

  • STEP 1.In pan heat the butter and oil, add whole spices, ginger, Chilli, garlic, onion and tomatoes and cook it completely by adding salt and water. Cool at room temperature and make a fine paste and sieve it
  • STEP 2.In another pan heat oil and butter add cumin seeds and above paste and all the other ingredients in it and cook for 10-15 minutes
  • STEP 3.Garnish with coriander and serve it hot with roti, paratha, Naan or kulcha.
  • STEP 4.Whole spices means cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper, black cardamom, bay leaf and star anise.
