  • 0.67 cups Chopped spinach
  • 0.33 cup Boiled Potatoes
  • 0.33 cup Gratted panner
  • 0.33 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 0.33 g Chopped ginger
  • 0.33 g Chopped garlic
  • 0.33 g Chopped green chili
  • 0.33 tsp Amchur powder
  • 0.17 tsp Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 tbsp Butter
  • 0.67 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 tsp green chilli paste
  • 0.33 cup Onion paste
  • 0.67 cup Tomato paste
  • 0.17 cup White Paste
  • To Taste Salt to
  • 0.33 tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Garm masala
  • 0.08 tsp Hing
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 0.33 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.08 cup Cream

Directions: Palak Paneer Appe With Red Gravy Recipe

  • STEP 1.For appe: Chopped spinach , Boiled potatoes, Gratted panner , Chopped onion, Chopped ginger, chopped garlic, Chopped green chili, Amchur powder, black pepper powder and salt mix all together well give a shape of Kosta and shallow fry in appe vessel till get the spot on it.
  • STEP 2.For grave: Heat the oil and butter in pan then add all the paste one by one and saute till oil is ready each addition.
  • STEP 3.Now make paste of masala, by mixing all the masala in bowl then add oil to it and mix it well, add water if needed.
  • STEP 4.Add the masala paste to above gravy.
  • STEP 5.Cook till oilis released, Adjust the consistency by adding water.
  • STEP 6.Finally add cream and butter.
  • STEP 7.Assemble: Arrange the kofta in serving bowl, pour the gravy on it.
  • STEP 8.Serve it hot with naan, paratha  or kulcha
