0.33 cup Chopped onion
0.33 g Green chilli ginger paste
0.33 cup Chopped tomato
To Taste Salt
0.17 tsp Red chilli
0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
0.33 tsp Coriander cumin powder
0.33 tsp Chole masala
0.67 cup Soaked and boiled white peas
0.67 tbsp Fresh coriander
0.33 Packet Wheat bread
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp reen chutney
1 Pieces Cheese slice
Directions: Cheesy Spicy Matar Sandwich Recipe
STEP 1.Heat the oil in a pan then add all the ingredients one by one and cook it well, now cool the stuffing a room temperature
STEP 2.Now take wheat bread slice apply butter and green chutney on it then spread a matar stuffing on it and top up with cheese slice and cover with another bread even apply butter and chutney on it too.
STEP 3.Now grill the sandwich applying butter.
STEP 4.Serve with chutneys
