  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 g Dry garlic chutney
  • 0.33 cup Chopped onion
  • 0.33 g Green chilli ginger paste
  • 0.33 cup Chopped tomato
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander cumin powder
  • 0.33 tsp Chole masala
  • 0.67 cup Soaked and boiled white peas
  • 0.67 tbsp Fresh coriander
  • 0.33 Packet Wheat bread
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp reen chutney
  • 1 Pieces Cheese slice

Directions: Cheesy Spicy Matar Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat the oil in a pan then add all the ingredients one by one and cook it well, now cool the stuffing a room temperature
  • STEP 2.Now take wheat bread slice apply butter and green chutney on it then spread a matar stuffing on it and top up with cheese slice and cover with another bread even apply butter and chutney on it too.
  • STEP 3.Now grill the sandwich applying butter.
  • STEP 4.Serve with chutneys
