Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Pizza Recipe

  • 0.67 cups maida
  • 0.33 tsp Dry yeast
  • 0.33 tsp Sugar
  • 0.33 tbsp Olive oil
  • To Taste Salt to
  • 1.33 tbsp Roasted Besan
  • 1.33 tbsp hung curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.33 inch Turmeric powder pinch
  • 0.33 inch Hing pinch
  • 0.33 tsp Garm masala
  • 0.33 tsp kasuri methi
  • 0.67 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 tbsp Cream
  • 66.67 g Paneer
  • 0.33 cup Pizza sauce
  • 0.17 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion Dice
  • 0.33 Pieces capsicum dice
  • 0.33 cup Process cheese
  • 0.33 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.33 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 0.33 tsp Pizza seasoning

Directions: Paneer Tikka Pizza Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix the dry yeast & Sugar in luke warm water and give best for 5-10 mins. to activate
  • STEP 2.Now add maida & salt in big vessel and mix it well with oil then add above mixture &  make a soft dough using water
  • STEP 3.Now keep for ferment for  1 hour , divide the dough equal part & roll it.
  • STEP 4.Now mix all the ingredients of Paneer tikka and allow to rest for minimum 45 minutes
  • STEP 5.Spread the pizza sauce and mayonnaise on the it then add procces cheese and mozzarella cheese on it
  • STEP 6.Now arrange the Paneer tikka and sprinkle chilli flakes and pizza seasoning
  • STEP 7.Now bake @ 150°C for 5-10 minutes.
