Ingredients For Healthy green bajra flour appe Recipe
1 cup Bajra flour
0.5 cup Chopped methi
0.5 cup Curd
0.25 tsp Fine chopped ginger
0.25 tsp Fine chopped garlic
to taste Salt
0.5 tsp Green chillies paste
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Oil
0.5 cup water
Directions : Healthy green bajra flour appe Recipe
STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients except from sesame seeds in a big mixing bowl. Now make a thick batter adding 1/2 cup water. Mix well and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 2.Now heat an appe pan and grease it with some oil. Add some sesame seeds and pour a spoonful of batter on top. Cover and cook on medium heat until golden brown on one side.
STEP 3.Now turn it and add some oil on the edges and cook it until it's golden brown from the both side.
STEP 4.Serve hot appe with chutney and tea or coffee and enjoy.
