Ingredients for Mango sandesh Recipe

  • 1/4 Kg Litter milk
  • 0.13 cup Mango puree
  • 0.13 cup Powder sugar
  • 0.06 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 inch Pinch of kesari food colour
  • 1/4 tbsp tbsp pistachios for garnishin
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Mango Sandesh Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fristly boil milk, after boiling milk. Least cool for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Futher add lemon juice in the milk, milk becomes curdle.
  • STEP 3.Now sieve curdle milk in Muslim clothe.
  • STEP 4.And squeeze extra water, chenna becomes ready.
  • STEP 5.Add ready chenna into a pan,add mango puree, sugar and cook until mixture becomes dry.
  • STEP 6.Now add pinch of food colour mix it well.
  • STEP 7.Futher add cardamom powder and combined well.
  • STEP 8.Make shapes of sandesh from this mixture. Also garnishing with chopped pistachios.
  • STEP 9.Ready sandesh for bhog and serve.
