Ingredients for Rice phirni Recipe

  • 0.06 cup Rice
  • 0.06 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Litre Litter milk
  • 0.13 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Chopped nuts
  • 1/4 tbsp tbsp chopped pistachios for garnishin

Directions: Rice Phirni Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fristly wash the rice and dry out the water.
  • STEP 2.Futher coarsely grind the rice.
  • STEP 3.Now heat milk into heavy bottom pan.
  • STEP 4.Add grind rice and cook upon on low flame.
  • STEP 5.Cook until rice becomes soft.
  • STEP 6.After cooked the rice add sugar and cook for more 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Further add chopped nuts and cardamom powder. Mix it and turn off the gas.
  • STEP 8.Ready phirni serve chilled and garnishing with chopped pistachios before serving and enjoy!
