Ingredients for Lauki ki burfi Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Grated bottle gourd
  • 50 g Condensed milk
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.06 tsp Crushed Cardamom

Directions: Lauki Ki Burfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fristly heat ghee into a pan and saute bottle gourd and cover with lid. Until becomes soft.
  • STEP 2.Futher add condensed milk and cook for 5 minutes or until like a dough and add crushed cardamom.
  • STEP 3.Now set in greased tin and keep set.
  • STEP 4.After set that cut in square pieces.
  • STEP 5.Serve and enjoy!
