Ingredients for Healthy green bajra flour appe Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Bajra flour
  • 0.13 cup Chopped methi
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • 0.06 tsp Fine chopped ginger
  • 0.06 tsp Fine chopped garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Green chillies paste
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 cup water

Directions: Healthy Green Bajra Flour Appe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients except from sesame seeds in a big mixing bowl. Now make a thick batter adding 1/2 cup water. Mix well and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Now heat an appe pan and grease it with some oil. Add some sesame seeds and pour a spoonful of batter on top. Cover and cook on medium heat until golden brown on one side.
  • STEP 3.Now turn it and add some oil on the edges and cook it until it's golden brown from the both side.
  • STEP 4.Serve hot appe with chutney and tea or coffee and enjoy.
