STEP 1.Sieve all purpose flour in a bowl. Add salt, suger, curd and oil and mix everything we'll. Add milk as required and knead smooth dough . Place dough in a bowl and cover with plate or muslin cloth. Let it set in room temperature for 2 hours.
STEP 2.After 2 hours knead it again for 1-2 minutes and divide it into equal parts. Take one dough ball and roll it out into small poori on rolling board using rolling pin . If required dust some dry flour. Apply kasoori methi leaves and roll.
STEP 3.Heat tawa on medium heat . Once it's hot enough place raw kulcha over it and cook on medium flame. Cook until brown spots appears . Flip and cook again.
STEP 4.Remove from heat and spread ghee . Serve hot with chole ,onion and jeera rice .
