I have put grated carrot in the carrot paratha. I have also crushed ginger, garlic and coriander to make a chutney. So that the saffron color of the carrot attracts children.
STEP 1.First sift the flour. Grate the carrot. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and chillies.
STEP 2.Now prepare the paratha flour by adding the paste and all the spices.
STEP 3.Now roll the parathas out of the flour and fry the shells on a non stick flour and serve to the children with curd.
