I have put grated carrot in the carrot paratha. I have also crushed ginger, garlic and coriander to make a chutney. So that the saffron color of the carrot attracts children.

Ingredients for Carrot Paratha Recipe

  • 50 gm Carrot
  • 100 gm Wheat flour
  • 1/2 g piece Green Chili
  • 1 g piece garlic
  • 1/2 inch Gingar
  • 1/4 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Carrot Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.First sift the flour. Grate the carrot. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and chillies.
  • STEP 2.Now prepare the paratha flour by adding the paste and all the spices.
  • STEP 3.Now roll the parathas out of the flour and fry the shells on a non stick flour and serve to the children with curd.
