Ingredients for Bhapa doi Recipe

  • 25 gm Curd
  • 50 gm Milkmade
  • 1/20 Litre Milk
  • 7.50 gm Pistachio
  • 1/4 Pieces Cardamom

Directions: Bhapa Doi Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Take curd, milkmade and milk in a bowl and mix well. Grees any round mould and pour batter in it.
  • STEP 2.2. Sprinkle some pistachio flakes and cardamom on it. Cover whole area of mould with aluminium foil.
  • STEP 3.3. For almost 20 minutes keep it on flame. Then let it cool.
  • STEP 4.4. After cooling it down, freeze it for an hour. Server it cool. Enjoy.
