STEP 1.First of all, clean all the ingredients well. Now roast Makhana, Poha, Oats in a non-stick pan.
STEP 2.Now heat ghee in the same pan. Once the ghee is done, first add groundnuts, then pulses, almonds and cashews one by one. After the shells are fried, add asafoetida and neem and add all the seeds and let it cook for half a minute.
STEP 3.Then mix well and now add sesame seeds, linseed, fennel and mix well. Now add all the spices and amchoor and sugar and mix everything.
STEP 4.Now add all the roasted makha pauna oats and mix gently. Delicious Chevado is ready.
