Ingredients for Vegetable Paratha Recipe

  • 75 g Wheat flour
  • 15 gram Gram flour
  • 15 g Cabbage
  • 1/2 Pieces Capcicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Carrot cuts two table spoon
  • 1 Pieces Onion cuts two table spoon
  • 1 Pieces Green chilli two
  • As Required Coriander cuts two table spoon
  • As Required Red chilli powder one table spoon
  • As Required Turmeric powder half table spoon
  • As Required Garam masala
  • As Required salt as per taste

Directions: Vegetable Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Finely chop all the vegetables. Mix both the flour and add all the vegetables in it. Add all spices including salt and make a dough in consistency of paratha.
  • STEP 2.There's no need to give rest to it and that's why it's quick so make Parathas out of it and add butter onto it.
  • STEP 3.Serve with curd and your favourite chutney.
  • STEP 4.Vegetable Paratha is ready!
