This is an Instant Indian Breakfast Recipe made with Semolina / Sooji / Rawa , curd & some veggies..
It doesn't need any fermentation..

STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl , add sooji , salt & dahi . Mix it well . U can add any other spice of ur choice .
STEP 2.Add 1/2 cup water , mix it thoroughly .
STEP 3.Add in baking soda & 2 tsp oil , mix it again .
STEP 4.Rest it for 15 minutes . Sooji will be puffed , batter will become a lil thick .
STEP 5.Now again add lil water , mix it well .
STEP 6.Make batter of pouring consistency . Neither thick nor runny . Rest it for 10 minutes.
STEP 7.Take a non stick tawa , heat it . Brush some oil .
STEP 8.Add the batter with the help of a ladle , spread it evenly in round shape .
STEP 9.In goes veggies onto the Uttapam , sprinkle some oil over it . Cook it for 7 minutes .
STEP 10.Flip it , cook the other side too for 7 minutes.
STEP 11.Make all the Uttapams in the same manner .
STEP 12.Take out in a serving dish , have it with coconut chutney or green chutney...
