STEP 6.Fry chillies for a while crushing them from back of spoon.
STEP 7.Add potatoes ...salt.
STEP 8.Mix well.
STEP 9.Cook covered till its cooked.
STEP 10.If required sprinkle some water.
STEP 11.Once potatoes are cooked add sabudana.
STEP 12.Give a good mix.
STEP 13.Cover & cook on low flame for 2 min. or till it becomes translucent.
STEP 14.Add groundnuts powder ..stir for 2 min.
STEP 15.Turn off flame..add cilantro ..serve hot.
