#FEM5K presenting a delicious dish packed with nutrition…… its PALAK CHICKEN.
it is a thick and green coloured gravy which goes very well with steamed rice / naan / paratha.
STEP 2.make a paste of blanched spinach + mint + ginger + green chilli.
Make paste of onion also.
STEP 3.marinade chicken with the green paste along with curd + 1 tsp salt . Marinade for 1 hour.
STEP 4.in moderately heated pan add oil, add cumin seeds + bay leaf + cinnamon + cardamom + cloves and allow to crackle. Then onion and sauté till pinkish.
STEP 5.then add garlic and saute for few seconds, then add the marinated chicken and cook under medium flame , chicken releases water, cook till water evaporates to some extent.
STEP 6.add all spices and fry till spices leaves oil , then add water + salt + sugar and cook for 5-6 minutes.
STEP 7.lastly add malai + garam masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 8.dish is ready.
STEP 9.serve with paratha/ naan / steamed rice
