STEP 1.After frying moong dal and badam , powder them to a coarse powder.
STEP 2.Heat half quantity of ghee in a thick bottomed pan.
STEP 3.Fry cashew nuts and dry grapes. Keep aside
STEP 4.In the same pan add powder from mixie jar.
STEP 5.Keep roasting for about 5 minutes.
STEP 6.Slowly pour milk, mix well.
STEP 7.Add sugar and keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
STEP 8.Add remaining quantity of ghee and elaichi powder.
STEP 9.Garnish with dry fruits
