STEP 1.First break all khakhra in a kadai heat ghee.then add curry leaves dry red chilli cumin. seeds mustard seeds kaju and a pinch of hing. cook for 5 to 6 seconds then add turmeric powder ,red chilli powder , dhaniya powder little garam masala powder and mix well them roast for 2 to 3 minutes and cool down it .
